Phở Việt Nam 999 Oshawa: A Culinary Gem for Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine

I’m obsessed! This is my go to place for Asian food. They have such a large selection and everything i’ve tried has been delicious with generous portions for the price. Love that the vegetarian options have their own section on their menu with lots to choose from. Never have to wait long for my food. Only negative is that some of the staff i see regularly are consistently rude and unfriendly, but most of the staff are great!

I've passed Pho Viet Nam 999 hundreds of times .Finally decided to go with my cousin about 2 weeks ago. There were a few diners there on a Tuesday night or was it a Monday? As we entered the restaurant the evening sun was shining through the windows. Casting a beautiful glow across the room. We chose a booth at the back. The server promptly brought the menu. So much to choose from. I decided to go with grilled pork chops with lemongrass special which came with soup spring roll steamed rice and vegetables. It was absolutely delicious! My cousin had noodles with crispy fried tofu and vegetables that was also delicious! Portion sizes were just right. The service was great. Atmosphere very relaxing. Clean very clean the first thing I look for anywhere I go. Will definitely be back. Hope the few pics I took will give you a much better description of my experience

i’ve been coming here for YEARS and everytime i go, the customer service is amazing and everyone is so kind. the pho is AMAZING and is made with love everytime. i bring all of my friends here to try it and they all love it as well, would highly recommend !!!

Great food, it's the only place my Vietnamese cousin approves of in the area. My favorite is the brisket pho... broth was flavorful and the cuts of meat were some of the best compared to other pho places I've been to in durham. Definitely my new favorite pho place

I just went in to order my boss and daughter food. They sent me with a note and I didn't know much about it. The gentleman at the counter was so helpful and sweet. He explained what the options were and was patient while I figured out (via text ) what they actually ordered. The food was one hot and one cold. He bagged them separately and made sure to label them for me. I've never had Vietnamese food in a restaurant before (just at friends' houses), but i will definitely be returning to give this little gem a try! The inside is clean and has the coolest decor!

Hole in the wall Viet restaurant. Super fresh and delicious. Combo 1 was super filling but light; rice, grilled chicken, wonton soup, salad and a spring roll

The food here is delicious we had 2 of there seafood dishes, soup and Vietnamese coffee. The broth is really flavourful and probably my favourite part of all of these dishes. Everything was good and each of us liked our meals the best. So I think it really depends on what youre in the mood for. My noodle dish was fantastic! The noodles start off really crunchy and absorb broth as you eat it. So they have a really unique flavour and texture. The Vietnamese coffee is a must try! It’s strong and sweet such a nice treat!

Love this place! Love me a big bowl of pho, love the leftovers. Love the fresh basil and bean sprouts and lime. Love the authentic feel of it all. A staple in my dining repertoire!
